LT Group, Binalot donate meals

To keep modern-day heroes happy and fed, the Lucio Tan Group, Inc. and its affiliates recently partnered with local Filipino fastfood chain Binalot to cater meals and provide comfort and sustenance to the doctors, nurses, and healthcare workers struggling to keep all of us safe and well amidst this pandemic.

Michael Tan, President of the Lucio Tan Group of Companies said that the company was looking for an efficient way to support our frontliners against Covid and realized that this crisis might just drag on for many more weeks even after the enhanced community quarantine shall have been lifted. The company has donated a total of 10,000 meal packages so far.

Binalot delivers free food to frontliners

Filipino fast-food chain Binalot said it will continue to distribute free meals to hospitals and medical facilities in Metro Manila for health-care workers serving as frontliners in the country’s fight against coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).

The company said it has sent free food to frontliners since the enhanced community quarantine was implemented in Luzon last March 17.

“For these modern-day heroes [frontliners], Binalot can do no less,” Binalot Operations Manager Judee Morente said in a statement.
