STORE SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business-related course
- Height must be at least 5’2” for female, 5’6” for male
- Preferably with at least 2 year supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry
- Confident in both oral and written communication skills
- Able to conceptualize and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Able to lead and drive results from the team
- With strong personal relations skills
FIELD OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business, Marketing, Finance or equivalent experience
- Must be experienced in Restaurant Management for a minimum of 2-3 years
- Must be Open, Flexible and Able to Work in a Fast-Paced and Dynamic Business Environment
- Must be Willing to Travel
CASHIER / SERVICE CREW / KITCHEN CREW / RIDER:
Qualifications:
- Height must be at least 5’2” for female, 5’6” for male
- At least two (2) years in college or High School Graduate
- Proficient in both oral and written communication skills
- Customer service-oriented and sales-driven
- Well-groomed, self-motivated and must have a pleasing personality
- Work experience in the food industry is an advantage but not required
FRANCHISE RELATIONS OFFICER
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business, Sales, Marketing or Finance or equivalent experience
- Must be experience in Sales, Marketing or Real Estate Related Functions for a minimum of 2-3 years
- Must be Independent, Responsible and Highly Organized
- Must be Willing to Travel
