Binalot is owned and operated by Binalot Fiesta Foods Incorporated, a Philippine – based company established in 1996 by certified food lovers and innovative entrepreneurs led by its President, Rommel T. Juan.

A Binalot Franchisee:- is an entrepreneur who is self-driven, a team player, and a self starter;
- has people skills and enjoys customer service;
- is capable and willing to undergo a full-time training on restaurant operations;
- devotes time to oversee the day-to-day operations of his store; and
- has the ability to provide the required business investment and manage the finances.

Binalot meals are enjoyed at close to 50 stores across the Philippines.[close]
Investment in a Binalot franchise begins at PHP1.2 million depending on the type and size of the store. This investment fee includes the following:- Franchise Fee of PHP600,000 for Metro Manila; PHP700,000 for a provincial site
- Construction of the store
- Kitchen equipment and facilities
- Furniture and fixtures
- Marketing collaterals
- Training and recruitment

Like most successful franchise systems, the Binalot Franchise System has invested in research and development, restaurant business operations, marketing and brand development to build the strong Binalot brand recognized today.
The Franchise Fee allows a Franchisee the initial license to use the Binalot name and trademark, and to learn Binalot’s proven system of operations.

Ideally, we award a franchise to individuals only. However, a corporation is also acceptable provided that the individual franchise applicant shows a clear majority ownership.

The outlet’s profitability varies on several factors such as sales, location, occupancy costs, market potential, investment, and the ability of the Franchisee to manage and control his operating expenses. Questions on return on investment (ROI) and other queries on financial viability will be discussed only during the interview process.

Binalot will assist the Franchisee in the recruitment and training of the pioneer store team. A maximum of five (5) employees must attend the full training program. This program is designed to provide you with an understanding of the technical, operational and administrative aspects of running your Binalot store. The training cost is included in the franchise fee.

Yes. Binalot will assist in the grand opening of the store, which is designed to build your customer base quickly. In addition to your full training program, Binalot will send trained representatives to work with you at your store for a period of 15 days.

The initial term of the Binalot Franchise Agreement is six (6) years. The Franchise Agreement is renewable for another six (6) years with a renewal fee of 50% of the then-current franchise fee, provided that the Franchisee meets the renewal criteria.

Of the earnings to be made monthly, 7% of the monthly gross sales will be funneled back to the Binalot Franchisor, broken down as follows: 5% as Royalty Fee and 2% as contribution to the system’s National Marketing Support Fund. This fund will benefit all franchisees as they will be spent for promotion and marketing of the brand.

Franchise applicants should look for sites that are located in high traffic commercial/business districts that are accessible to both pedestrians and motorists.
During initial talks with Binalot, we will provide the applicant with our site selection criteria. We will also request the applicant to verify the viability of the site by conducting a market study. Binalot will then evaluate the prospective location by verifying the results of the market study.

The size of the property required for a Binalot store is dependent on the store model that will be developed in a particular market. Store are may be anywhere from 6 to 150 square meters.
Binalot has four store models:
Stand Alone 50-100 sq.m. In-line Stall 15-45 sq. m. Kiosk 6-25 sq. m.

The Binalot Franchise Training program will orient the Franchisee and the pioneer store team on how a Binalot store is managed and operated. Training will take 2-3 weeks. This program is designed to provide the trainees the necessary knowledge and skills on store operations in time for the store’s opening.
When the Binalot store is operational, regular training programs and seminars will be conducted to provide continuous learning.[close]
Binalot will provide you with designs and building plans for the Binalot store. Any one of Binalot’s accredited vendors can construct the store, the cost of which is to be shouldered by the Franchisee.
