Binalot is owned and operated by Binalot Fiesta Foods Incorporated, a Philippine – based company established in 1996 by certified food lovers and innovative entrepreneurs led by its President, Rommel T. Juan.

Like most successful franchise systems, the Binalot Franchise System has invested in research and development, restaurant business operations, marketing and brand development to build the strong Binalot brand recognized today.
The Franchise Fee allows a Franchisee the initial license to use the Binalot name and trademark, and to learn Binalot’s proven system of operations.
Ideally, we award a franchise to individuals only. However, a corporation is also acceptable provided that the individual franchise applicant shows a clear majority ownership.
The outlet’s profitability varies on several factors such as sales, location, occupancy costs, market potential, investment, and the ability of the Franchisee to manage and control his operating expenses. Questions on return on investment (ROI) and other queries on financial viability will be discussed only during the interview process.
Binalot will assist the Franchisee in the recruitment and training of the pioneer store team. A maximum of five (5) employees must attend the full training program. This program is designed to provide you with an understanding of the technical, operational and administrative aspects of running your Binalot store. The training cost is included in the franchise fee.
Yes. Binalot will assist in the grand opening of the store, which is designed to build your customer base quickly. In addition to your full training program, Binalot will send trained representatives to work with you at your store for a period of 15 days.
The initial term of the Binalot Franchise Agreement is six (6) years. The Franchise Agreement is renewable for another six (6) years with a renewal fee of 50% of the then-current franchise fee, provided that the Franchisee meets the renewal criteria.
Of the earnings to be made monthly, 7% of the monthly gross sales will be funneled back to the Binalot Franchisor, broken down as follows: 5% as Royalty Fee and 2% as contribution to the system’s National Marketing Support Fund. This fund will benefit all franchisees as they will be spent for promotion and marketing of the brand.
